欢迎梁子辉博士、周泽铸博士加入我组开展博士后研究工作

梁子辉,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,毕业于湖北大学材料学专业。2022年6月加入武汉纺织大学技术研究院从事教学科研工作。长期从事光电功能材料、柔性可穿戴及医工交叉研究,聚焦高性能光电材料设计与柔性器件构筑,研究方向涉及钙钛矿光伏、智能材料与柔性电子。主持及参与国家级、省部级科研项目8项,发表学术论文60余篇,Google Scholar引用近1800余次,h指数26。以第一作者或通讯作者在Nat. Synth.(2篇)、Adv. Energy Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.(2篇)、Advanced Powder Materials、Mater. Today、Nano Energy等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,授权中国发明专利8项。

周泽铸博士就读于湖北大学,博士期间于大连化物所DNL1606课题组联合培养,主要研究方向为钙钛矿太阳能电池及大面积模组制备与性能优化,围绕钙钛矿薄膜结晶调控、器件结构简化、界面缺陷修饰与能级调控等核心问题,采用前驱体组分调控、离子液体掺杂、双功能分子界面工程等技术手段,优化钙钛矿结晶动力学、钝化界面缺陷、缓解晶格应力,有效提升钙钛矿器件的光电转换效率与长期环境稳定性,同时适配室温快速印刷制备大面积钙钛矿模组的产业化技术需求。
